ROYAL HEIRS GRACE THE RUNWAY

All the Royals Who Have Walked the Runway at Fashion Week
Much has been said about the celebrity offspring taking over the modeling world—but it’s not just Hollywood ingenues strutting their stuff. Royal heirs are also making a name for themselves on the runway.

From Prince Nikolai of Denmark walking for Burberry to the many young aristocrats taking the stage at Dolce & Gabbana, here are the models who have beauty and blue blood.

Prince Nikolai of Denmark

Prince Nikolai of Denmark made his modeling debut for Burberry at London’s Fall 2018 Fashion Week this February, wearing one of the brand’s signature items: a trenchcoat. A few months later, he opened Dior’s menswear show.

And it looks like he might become a Fashion Week staple—the seventh-in-line is currently signed to a modeling agency in his home country.

Lady Amelia Windsor

The 38th in line to the British throne—who Tatler called “most beautiful royal” in 2016—walked in
Dolce & Gabbana’s Milan show in 2017.

(She fittingly wore a tiara for the occasion.)

Windsor has also spent time behind the scenes,
interning at Chanel and Azzedine Alaïa as well as releasing a collaboration with British brand Penelope Chilvers.

Princess Maria-Olympia of Greece and Denmark

Princess Maria-Olympia walked in Dolce & Gabbana’s Alta Moda show in 2017,

And then appeared on the runway again for the label’s menswear show later that year.

More recently, she opened the Saks Potts Spring 2019 show at Copenhagen Fashion Week.

His Royal Highness Sawai Padmanabh Singh of Jaipur has an impressive résumé: listed on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list, he’s also a champion polo player and escorted Ava Phillippe at the Bal des Débutantes in Paris. Plus, he’s a current student at New York University and yes, a model. His Royal Highness walked for (who else?) Dolce & Gabbana’s Spring 2019 menswear show in Mila

Princess Keisha Omilana of Nigeria

Princess Keisha Omilana actually met her husband, Prince Adekunle Adebayo Omilana, while working as a professional model.

She starred in Pantene commercials and did some runway work as well.
